Reservations

Baja California Adventure will confirm your reservation upon receipt of a completed trip application form and signed liability release form, along with the applicable trip deposit fee. The balance of the trip cost is due 30 days prior to trip departure and if the payment is not paid when due, Baja California Adventure reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled. Additionally, no one will be allowed to depart on a trip, unless all payments and necessary documents (including medical and liability release form) have been received by Baja California Adventure.

Deposits & Payments

In order to confirm your reservation, Baja California Adventure must receive your deposit along with your trip application. The deposit fee varies with the trip price as follows:

Trip Cost            Deposit

< 500                 50

500-1999           200

2000-3500         500

Over 3500         1000

The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to departure and if the payment is not paid when due, Baja California Adventure reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.

Due to the nature of operating in the wilderness, prices are subject to change, however, this rarely happens. If a price change is unavoidable, such an adjustment normally occurs months in advance of trip departure, giving you time to transfer to another trip, if you so desire or cancel your reservation with no penalty applied.

The trip information package contains a comprehensive list of ‘inclusives’ and ‘non-inclusives’. Please read those sections carefully and call our office if you require further information.
